Gregory J. Pals
Gregory J. Pals earned a degree in Mathematics from Illinois State University in 1993 and graduated from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis in 1999. During his time in law school, Greg was chosen by his peers to serve on the Editorial Board of the Washington University Law Quarterly. He also received the prestigious Mary Collier Hitchcock Prize, representing the faculty advisor selection for best published work. Shortly after receiving his law license, Greg had the pleasure to serve as law clerk to the Honorable Robert W. Cook, Illinois Court of Appeals. Following the conclusion of his clerkship, Greg embarked on a career of handling (both prosecuting and defending) complex tort and commercial litigation, often involving complex statutory or regulatory regimes. His cases often involve large losses, and Greg has managed litigation teams on multiple cases involving damages in excess of $10,000,000. These cases have been the subject of numerous published opinions and orders.
